Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev met with China’s Vice Minister of Commerce Ling Ji to discuss deepening economic partnership. The meeting was also attended by representatives of a Chinese business delegation visiting Sofia for the 18th session of the Bulgarian-Chinese Intergovernmental Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation.

The business delegation includes representatives of companies with long-standing traditions in the European market, who are showing interest in investing in Bulgaria. President Radev told the guests that Bulgarian companies are flexible and can offer reliable partnerships within tight deadlines, and that Bulgaria lies on the shortest route to Europe, offering all the advantages for manufacturing and serving as a logistics centre in the EU.
Rumen Radev also outlined Bulgaria’s advantages for attracting foreign investment, including low operating costs, favorable tax policies and dynamic technological development in the fields of artificial intelligence, IT and the automotive sector, reported BTA.

''Our strategic cooperation will go as far as our economic partnership deepens'', said Ling Ji.
