Bulgaria expects second and third payments under the Recovery and Resilience Plan by the end of the year

The second and third payments under the Recovery and Resilience Plan are expected by the end of the year, confirmed Deputy Minister of Finance Metodi Metodiev. He participated in a meeting of the budget committee in parliament, at which the ratification of the second amendment to the agreement with Brussels on the plan was approved, reporter Marta Mladenova reported.

According to the deputy minister, the second payment has been deposited with the European Commission, while work is underway on the third payment, and to date, out of 70 measures related to the allocation of funds, the country has implemented 65.

In total, Bulgaria expects to receive over 6 billion euros under the recovery plan.
