The “Christmas for Every Child” charity initiative, organised by the National Association of Orphans in Bulgaria, is being launched in Sozopol today. At Kulata Square, shortly before the Christmas tree lights are switched on, citizens are invited to donate toys for disadvantaged children from nearby villages.

“Bring a toy and a desire to do good! If the little ones bring their toys and the grown-ups bring their support, together we can make Christmas possible for every child!” urged the Sozopol Municipality.

The national initiative, taking place in towns and villages across the country, will bring joy to more than 600 children from family-type care centres and other disadvantaged groups. Santa Claus himself will personally hand out the gifts from today until 28 December.
