Celtic FC organizes benefit match in honor of Stiliyan Petrov

On September 8 the Scottish football club Celtic will hold a benefit match in honor of its former captain and Bulgarian footballer Stiliyan Petrov who is now fighting leukaemia. Former and current football players such as John Terry, Roy Keane, Henrik Larsson, Robert Pires and Shay Given will take part in the benefit game. All funds raised from the match will be granted to Stiliyan Petrov’s future foundation for combating leaukemea. The current managers of Celtic FC and Aston Villa Neil Lennon and Paul Lambert as well as Bulgarian football stars Dimitar Berbatov, Martin Petrov, Marian Hristov and other renowned players will also take part in the football show.
