Bulgaria follows closely the situation related to mobilization of representatives of the Bulgarian minority in Ukraine, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov has said. Moreover, on January 29, at the initiative of Bulgaria a text was adopted by the Foreign Affairs Council of the EU, which recalled that Ukraine should respect the principle of proportionality in the mobilization of Ukrainian citizens.
