Bulgaria’s property market revives in first quarter of 2016

The number of deals with real estate properties has seen a 12% increase in the first three months of 2016, as compared to the same period in 2015, Chairman of Real Estates National Association Orlin Vladikov announced. The sharp increase of the property sales is mainly due to the drastic decline of the interest on bank deposits. The increased interest towards real estate properties pushed the prices of the properties up. The property prices in Bulgaria increased between 5% and 10% since the beginning of 2016, Mr Vladikov further commented.
