Greek independent gas company M&M made its first gas exports to Bulgaria on July 1 as small quantities were delivered on a test basis, it was reported. The gas delivery has taken place via the Kulata –Sidirokastro interconnector and follows signing of an agreement between Greek gas transmission system operator DESFA and  Bulgartransgas. The agreement is valid for an initial trial period of three months - from July 1 to October 1, 2016. The major goal is increasing competition between companies delivering gas to the Bulgarian market.
