The Sofia City Court has given two years of probation to Volen Siderov, the leader of the nationalist party Ataka. Twice a week Siderov shall have to report to a probation officer. For the same period of time 25 percent of his salary will be deducted. This is the total sentence for nine acts of hooliganism of which he pleaded guilty.
