The Greek farmers decided not to block the Greece-Bulgaria border, Yordan Arabadzhiev from the Union of International Haulers told the Bulgarian National Radio. The Bulgarian haulers have not yet received compensation payments for last year’s blockade of the Greece-Bulgaria border and are ready to take reciprocal measures if the Greek farmers change their mind, Mr Arabadzhiev added. We stated cleary our intentions that if the Greek farmers block the border again we will only block cargo vehicles transporting Greek agricultural produce or fish to or through Bulgaria, Yordan Arabadzhiev said.
