Blagoevgrad Mayor Atanas Kambitov receives diploma for development of tourism and promoting Bulgarian-French relations in culture

The diploma was received by Kambitov at the Mr and Mrs Economy 2017 contest co-organized by the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria and Economy Magazine. In the recent years Blagoevgrad has made significant progress in culture and tourism and one of the key events in this trend is the revived Francofolies Festival. Thanks to the big music even that was held for the third time in 2017 Blagoevgrad was put on the list of cities organizing the world’s top 100 Francofolies events. In 2016, Blagoevgrad Mayor Atanas Kambitov joined the Association of Francophile Mayors.
