The USA donated to the Bulgarian Naval Forces four high-speed motorboats at a special ceremony held in the coastal city of Varna. The Commander of the Bulgarian Navy Rear-Admiral Mitko Petev commented that the donation boosts the capabilities of the special forces of the Bulgarian navy.
