More than 900 athletes from 62 countries are going to take part in the World Rowing Championships for men and women, due from 9 to 16 September in Plovdiv. They will vie for medals in 14 Olympic and 6 non-Olympic events, as well as in 9 events for persons with disabilities.
The biggest team comes from USA with 27 boats. Bulgaria is taking part in three events with three boats.
