The "soft power" of Bulgaria's diplomacy is focused on projects related to democratic institutions, human rights, healthcare, education and cultural diversity, which boosts the image of our country, especially in strategic regions- the Western Balkans and the Black Sea region, this country’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva underlined.
