Bulgaria and Lebanon to work for promotion of agricultural commodities and products

Bulgaria and Lebanon will work to encourage the promotion of agricultural commodities and products on the Bulgarian and the Lebanese markets, Bulgaria’s Minister of Agriculture and Food Rumen Porozhanov and his Lebanese counterpart Hassan Al-Lakis negotiated in Beirut. Ministers Porozhanov and Al-Lakis discussed opportunities to boost bilateral trade of agricultural produce and reduce customs fees during imports of Bulgarian dairy products and honey in Lebanon. Rumen Porozhanov visited the Bulgarian pavilion of the International HORECA exhibition held between April 2 and 5 in Beirut. Bulgaria presents traditional products such as white-brine cheese, honey, canned vegetables, wine and juices.
