Bulgaria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva met with the President of the Venice Commission with the Council of Europe Gianni Buquicchio who is paying a visit to Bulgaria on occasion of the 140th anniversary since the adoption of the Tarnovo Constitution.
