The Bulgarian Border Police found a sixteen kilograms bundle of cocaine floating in the Black Sea near Cape Kaliakra. The bag was tied to a life-vest. The District Prosecutor’s Office in Dobrich is investigating whether the cocaine found today is of the same quality as the 195 kg narcotics that were found near Tyulenovo and Varna.
