An installation of living flowers is being constructed in Plovdiv, its motto is “Bring a flower to the old town!”. The initiative is on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Ancient Plovdiv municipal institute. The organizers - Fiori & Regali Plovdiv, the Association of Florists in Bulgaria and designer Petia Anastasova have erected a metal construction, a small-scale model of a building that is emblematic of the old town - the Balabanov house, a symbol of architecture, art and interior design from the time of the Bulgarian National Revival. Anyone wishing to can take a flower and put it in a mesh, to form a “puzzle”. The Balabanov house, made of flowers is expected to be completed by Palm Sunday.
