Temenuzhka Petkova: Acquisition of Bulgarian assets of CEZ by Eurohold will not put Bulgaria’s energy security at risk

Bulgaria’s energy security will not be put at risk during the deal for the acquisition of the Bulgarian assets of CEZ by Eurohold company, this country’s Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova has assured. This is a deal which is fulfilled in line with the Czech legislation and the Bulgarian government does not have any relation to this topic. For us it is important to guarantee the security of the energy system, Minister Petkova pointed out. The Chairman of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission Ivan Ivanov has assured that the regulator has been monitoring the deal.
