Today, more than ever, we need to protect the system of multilateral diplomacy, at the center of which is the United Nations, Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev said in his speech before the United Nations General Assembly. The international terrorism is a substantial threat to peace and security, President Radev pointed out. It is necessary to boost cooperation in the field of counterterrorism through the support for the United Nations as a key factor in this sphere, Rumen Radev went on to say.
