The number of companies which are planning to give Christmas bonuses to their employees has increased, a survey of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry shows. In 2019 over half of the surveyed companies will give Christmas bonuses. One third of them are planning to increase salaries in 2020. 28% of the employers intend to keep the wages unchanged and only 1% of the companies are planning wage reductions.
