In the first days of the crisis we should adopt a moderate financial approach and allocate the resources to those who are affected by the coronavirus crisis the most, Bulgaria’s Minister of Finance Vladislav Goranov said during the Parliamentary debate on the amendment of the state budget. The discussion on helping the self-employed whose activities were suspended during the COVID-19 crisis must continue, Minister Goranov said. After the end of the pandemic we will have to provide financial support to all businesses which stopped functioning, Vladislav Goranov said on occasion of the demand of the left-wing opposition that each self-employed person in Bulgaria should receive financial assistance from the state equaling the minimum monthly salary.
