Bulgarian law students earn prestigious international award

The team of the Law Faculty of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski took the big prize and ranked among the best teams in the world's most prestigious competition in international law - Phillip C. Jessup.

The students of Sofia University won the Richard R. Baxter Award given out for the best written defense of a defendant, in rivalry with more than 750 universities worldwide.
The competition is a simulation of a fictional court trial before the United Nations International Court of Justice.
