Commission for Protection of Competition carries out surprise inspection of Bulgarian Petroleum and Gas Association

The Commission for Protection of Competition, together with the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior, carried out a surprise inspection at the office of the Bulgarian Petroleum and Gas Association as part of an investigation into unacceptable practices during the price calculation of motor fuels. The Bulgarian Petroleum and Gas Association commented for BNR that they would assist the Commission for Protection of Competition. The major companies of this country’s oil and gas industry are members of the Bulgarian Petroleum and Gas Association.
