Bulgarian grain producers insist that 2020 be declared a force majeure year in some regions of the country. The reason for this is the drought, due to which the yields are very lowThis was announced for BNR by Kostadin Kostadinov, chairman of the Association of Grain Producers
If the year 2020 is not declared force majeure, farmers will be subject to sanctions under the European Rural Development Program for non-fulfillment of their business plans.
