Petition requesting the resignation of National Assembly Speaker Tsveta Karayancheva, supported by 96 MPs of BSP and MRF, has been filed in parliament.
Earlier today chairwoman of the BSP for Bulgaria parliamentary group, Kornelia Ninova announced the reasons behind the request. Chair of the parliamentary group of GERB, Daniela Daritkova said they fully supported Tsveta Karayancheva, accusing the BSP of using the parliament for political purposes, BNR reporters informed.
