Bulgarians who were expelled from Northern Dobruja into Southern Dobruja after the Treaty of Craiova in 1940 will meet at a fair in the village of Dabovik and in the town of Balchik.
The purpose of the event is to revive the cultural traditions of Dobruja, bring legends, sayings, games and activities back to life, as well as to encourage the young generations to find their roots.
