The Bulgarian Gendarmerie is guarding the voting machines.  The voting machines are stored in a customs warehouse under a special procedure set by the state, stressed Deputy Premier Nikolova. Moreover, the institutions responsible for the voting machines’ standardization will follow special regulations and standards to check them, added Mariana Nikolova. Financial support to the tune of EUR 4,000,025 is available to the Central Election Commission for covering the costs necessary for the preparation of the general elections, added Deputy Premier Nikolova.
