President Rumen Radev congratulated Bulgaria's artists on occasion of the World Theater Day. "Even in the most difficult times, the creative spirit is not dependent on restrictions and prohibitions and continues to give hope to our society," said Bulgaria’s head of state.

In President Radev’s view, the theater will continue to excite, educate, provoke and bring people together, as long as it has its talented artists and loyal audience. It is the responsibility of the institutions to make sure that the consequences of the crisis do not stifle the theatrical community, noted Rumen Radev.
