The largest construction company in Bulgaria Avtomagistrali EAD, with the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works exercising the functions of the sole owner of the capital, has a new management.

Engineer Ivan Stanchev was appointed as executive director to replace Lyudmila Vasileva. Ivelina Krushkova and Nikolay Edrev took over the posts of Georgi Popov and Dimitar Penev, who were also dismissed as members of the Board of Directors.

The reason for the change is the suspended construction of sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Hemus motorway and the delay in the repairs of the Vitinya and Echemishka tunnels.
