Divers from the NGO “Friends of the Sea” based in the coastal city of Burgas will again organize an underwater Christmas party dressed as Santa Claus. Their colleagues from Shumen are to take part at the initiative as well, the BNR’s correspondent in Burgas Svoboda Atanasova reported.

At this time of year the seawater temperature does not exceed 11 degrees Celsius. That is why divers use special equipment. "We drink champagne underwater and have fun", said Stoyan Dimitrov, Chairman of "Friends of the Sea". On January 2, divers will open the new season.
