After a short pandemic pause, Bulgarian church delegation will again bring the Holy Fire from the city of Jerusalem, BGNES reported, referring to Metropolitan Cyprian of Stara Zagora, who will lead the delegation.

Orthodox Easter falls on April 16. In 2022, the church used the Holy Fire from 2021, which was kept in the Saint Tsar Boris Michael Synodal Chapel. The Paschal Fire symbolizes the miraculous light of Christ's Resurrection.
