Bulgaria’s Aleksandar Vezenkov is eurobasket.com’s player No. 1 in Europe for 2023.
Vezenkov, who is athlete No. 1 of Bulgaria, won other awards this season as well – he was officially named the Euroleague’s Most Valuable Player, he also won the award for best scorer, coming second with his team Olympiacos in the most prestigious of all European men’s club tournaments. The Bulgarian player was also selected for Euroleague’s dream team, alongside Lorenzo Brown of Maccabi Tel Aviv, Džanan Musa of Real Madrid, Mathias Lessort of Partizan and Walter Tavares of Real.
