On December 4 the Serbian police detained for 30 days a man from Bosilegrad with initials L. G. on suspicion of revealing military secrets to Bulgaria. According to a press release from the Supreme Prosecutor's Office in Vranje, the man was arrested on suspicion of espionage, BTA reported. 61 year-old Lyuben Grigorov was arrested at his home after a long tracking by the Serbian authorities.
Police searched the detainee’s home and confiscated his computer, BGNES reported. The detainee is a retired reserve officer from the former Yugoslav army and has never been politically active. He worked in the municipal cultural centre and owned a small shop.
