The traditional carnival run in Varna has been postponed for today due to adverse weather. Participants in the race must be dressed in Father Christmas Rudolf or elf costumes, or at least wear a red hat or horns. There will be prizes for the winners, a raffle for all contestants as well as a brunch party.
