The village of Ribaritsa (Teteven Municipality) is hosting the twelfth edition of "Trabant Fest", announced the organizers from the Trabant National Club. Trabant enthusiasts gather on July 6 (Saturday) in the Kostina locality, where nearly a hundred cars from all over Bulgaria will parade, including fully equipped police and firefighting cars.

The oldest vehicles were produced in 1963-1964. The program includes a contest for authenticity, for the most extravagant car, a competition in masterful driving of Trabants up to 600 and over 600 cubic centimeters and drag racing. Many prizes and trophies will be awarded, and every participant will receive a certificate. At the end of the festival, wreaths and flowers will be laid at the monument of Georgi Benkovski.
