Petya Nedelcheva, badminton, starts with a victory in London

Bulgaria’s representative at the Olympics in badminton, Petya Nedelcheva started off with a victory over Alesia Zaitsava (90th in the world rank list) from Belarus. The result was 21:7 and 21:19. Today the Bulgarian meets Adrianti Firdasari from Indonesia. This is the third Olympiad for Nedelcheva. In Athens, 2004 she reached the quarterfinals, while in Beijing 2008 she stopped at the 1/8 finals.
