Answering Your Letters Festive New Year’s and Christmas edition:

In this Listeners’ mailbag program, the last one for 2013, we are reading passages from your feedback and sharing it with everyone else out there listening! As this is the only program on the now digital air of RB that has only an audio version, this really is a way to find out if people still prefer tuning to the audio emissions uploaded on our website or prefer simply browsing through pages of written texts. The trend in many former shortwave stations seems to be leading to reducing the length of their now webcasts, which is also a trend in RB to be introduced as of the start of the new year, when we are also expecting the launch of the new website of the BNR. Warm thanks to all of you who took the time to write to us throughout 2013, either via regular post, email or Facebook and shared their thoughts and opinions with us.

From the Team of Radio Bulgaria’s English Service, we extend our best wishes for an emotionally gratifying, professionally fulfilling and insightful 2014! Many thanks for your kind attention to our work and our country, and we hope to keep in touch with a lot of worthy stories and music during the year to come!
