Daniel Mitov: Ukrainians show will for a democratic and free country

The citizens of the Ukraine have categorically shown their strong will to live in a democratic and free country, reads a statement of Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov on the occasion of the parliamentary elections held in Ukraine. After the general elections we expect the forming of a stable government in Kiev, which would put through the necessary economic and political reforms. Bulgaria has an active dialogue with Ukrainian authorities and carefully follows the situation with the Ukrainian citizens of Bulgarian origin. We support a unified, independent and stable Ukraine, the statement of the Foreign Minister of Bulgaria further reads.
