Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev has hailed the deal reached by the leaders of Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia during talks in Minsk for a ceasefire from midnight on 15 February 2015. The commitment made by the leaders for regard of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine is of key importance for Ukraine’s future, the presidential address further reads. Plevneliev recalls that from the very beginning of the crisis Bulgaria had subscribed to the stance that finding a peaceful solution to the conflict has no alternative.
