The Rhodope village of Momtchilovtsi hosted on September 10 – 13 the first festival of yoghurt. Old recipes are preserved at the village and during the fest its visitors had the chance to taste original, homemade products. At the same time a Path of Longevity was presented for the first time. It has the form of the number 8 as a symbol of eternity. The path takes the visitors to the excavations of an ancient Thracian settlement with a magnificent view towards the Rozhen National Astronomical Observatory and the Pamporovo winter resort.
