Bulgaria is not going to participate in any military operations against "Islamic state," Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said in the city of Blagoevgrad. I have always said that this country is not going to war and we insist on diplomatic means to solve issues. Sending planes and missiles means you cannot expect peace.
