Bulgarian Minister of the Interior Rumyana Bachvarova, who is paying a visit to Beijing, and Chinese Minister of Public Security Guo Shengkun signed a bilateral agreement for cooperation in prevention and curbing crime. During her visit Minister Bachavrova pointed to the need to expand pragmatic cooperation in law enforcement as a factor promoting bilateral relations.
