Bulgarian contestants with medals at European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad

Four Bulgarian girls won one gold, two silver and one bronze medal at the European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad in Romania. Teams from 39 countries took part in the competition. The gold went to Violeta Naydenova, an 11th grade student at the Sofia High School of Mathematics, the two silver medals went to Denitsa Markova in the 12th and Mariya Delyakova in the 11th grade at the same school and the bronze – to Simona Kukova in the 10th grade at the High School of Mathematics in Varna.
