Europe has to establish an Energy Union based on interconnectivity in a timely manner, Bulgaria’s President Rossen Plevneliev said during the Global Security forum in Slovakia’s capital Bratislava. Energy shouldn’t be associated with interests only and should not be an issue of geopolitics.
