People from the crew of Enrique Iglesias became victims of a racist attack in Sofia on the eve of the long-expected concert of the star in Bulgaria’s capital Sofia on May 14. In Facebook back vocalist Celia Chavez shared that the bass guitarist of the group, Joe Ayoub, was attacked by two skinheads in downtown Sofia. I became witness of a crime of hate in person for the first time in my life, she wrote. According to her, the guitarist was attacked because of his outer appearance. When another two from the company approached to help him, they were attacked too. None of the passers-by stopped to help. The Police inform that no complaint has been filed on the incident, NOVA TV channel announced.
