Bulgaria fully fit to build, operate gas hub: Ognian Zaltev

Bulgaria has a well-developed internal infrastructure to maintain a gas hub, the head of the European Commission Representation in Bulgaria Ognian Zlatev told Sunday 150 political show of the Bulgarian National Radio. Inter-connectors are at different stages of completion, he explained and added that Bulgaria had the needed background to build such a hub, launch it into exploitation and run it effectively. On Thursday European Climate and Energy Commissioner Miguel Arias Kanete said that this country had a strong potential to emerge as a leader regarding the creation of a European and Balkan gas hub.
