Maya Manolova has pointed out that cold weather in the spring has affected mainly small fruit producers in that western region who run orchards with an area from 0.5 to 1.5 hectares. She has admitted legislation is imperfect allowing easier access to compensations of big producers, but small producers too are entitled to compensations.
