Bulgarian Minister of Youth and Sports, Krassen Kralev, has signed the new Convention of the Council of Europe, aimed at improving security and conditions in football stadiums. The document will replace the current European Convention on Spectator Violence and Misbehaviour at Sports. The signing of the document took place in the presence of Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Thorbjørn Jagland, and Michael Van Praag, chair of UEFA's stadium and security committee.
