Key sectors are producing computer and communication equipment, electrical equipment, machinery, textiles and clothing, chemical products, rubber, plastics and other non-metallic products, as well as food products. European countries with the highest potential for foreign direct investments are Germany, Britain, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, Russia, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Norway, Ireland and Switzerland. Outside the EU big investors could be countries like the USA, China, Japan, Singapore, Israel, Kuwait, Turkey and Qatar.
