This barbarian act of violence in the heart of Bavaria is a shocking encroachment upon our common values and aims at inspiring fear in us and changing our lifestyle, President Plevneliev further points out. I am confident that we can overcome the fear and deal with the threats over democracy, peace, law supremacy and human rights only through joint efforts and resolute actions, President Rossen Plevneliev says.
